Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting arrangements are in place.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff for smooth office operations.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and place replenishment requests when required.
- Assist the HR and Administration team with employee onboarding and other administrative activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Perform any other front office or administrative duties assigned by management.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
