Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.
- Develop and deliver engaging, outcome-based learning experiences.
- Design course materials, assessments, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and career development activities.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, internships, and fieldwork.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary research and academic projects.
- Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and student development activities.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional administrative responsibilities.
Eligibility CriteriaEssential Qualifications
- BA/B.Sc. in Psychology.
- MA/M.Sc. in Psychology or a related specialization.
- Ph.D. in Psychology is mandatory.
- Consistently strong academic record throughout.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Research publications in reputed peer-reviewed and indexed journals.
- Experience in student mentoring, research supervision, and academic administration.
- Exposure to interdisciplinary research and industry/community engagement initiatives.
- Experience in obtaining research grants, consultancy projects, or funded research will be an added advantage.
