JOB TITLE : Power BI Data Analytics / Visualization Engineer

EDUCATION : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science
JOB DESCRIPTION :
A Business Intelligence Developer with strong experience using Power BI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background using the full Microsoft BI Stack with special focus on Reporting, Data Analysis and Data Visualisation.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 5 – 6 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and PowerBI
- Ability to create and deploy POWER BI Reports
- Experience in using Power BI to create advanced visualization
- Experience in Power View, PowerPivot and Power Maps
- Advanced SQL writing skills
- Ability to work with cubes and create self-service excel pivots
- Writing relational and multidimensional database queries
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse concepts
- Experience in Implementation and Maintenance of Data Warehouse, ETLs, OLAP
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience in working on Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Intermediate to Advanced skill with respect to core Azure Services (I.e. Storage, Cloud Services, Networking, Availability Sets, Azure Load Balancers, Virtual Machines and Azure Active Directory)
- Ability to deploy and integrate Core Microsoft Windows Server Services On-Premises, Azure and Hybrid Solution
MANDATORY FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Working in onshore/ offshore model with flexibility
- Working in Agile model in a fast-track, challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
