Position: Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports and ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for collections.
- Verify employee expense claims and process reimbursements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist management with financial reports and MIS preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

- Semi-qualified CA, CMA, or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
