We are seeking a self-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the manufacturing sector. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, aKey Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in manufacturing/industrial segments
- Networking & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with OEMs, distributors, and key decision-makers; represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth areas and inform sales strategy
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts to convert prospects into long-term partners
- Account Management: Nurture existing accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address client challenges with technical and commercial solutions; make data-backed decisions to meet targets
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and product teams to align offerings with market demand
- Reporting: Maintain ERP, track pipeline, and report forecasts and performance to senior managementnd drive revenue growth through strategic market development.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
