Experience

Job Summary
Agrawal Roadlines is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the company's finance, accounting, and operational functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial management skills, ensure statutory compliance, coordinate with Chartered Accountants and banks, and efficiently manage the accounts and operations team.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounts
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Finalize books of accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor budgets and control operational expenses.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations.
GST & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely GST return filing and GST compliance.
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountant for audits and statutory matters.
- Assist in Income Tax, TDS, GST assessments, and statutory notices.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Banking & Financial Coordination
- Coordinate with banks for working capital, loans, overdraft facilities, and other banking requirements.
- Handle banking documentation and financial compliance.
- Manage fund planning and banking relationships.
Operations Management
- Lead and supervise the Accounts and Operations team.
- Monitor daily operational activities and improve process efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational controls and SOPs.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth business operations.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of finance and operations staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure accountability.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Preferred
- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com
- B.Com with relevant experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in GST Return Filing.
- Experience coordinating with Chartered Accountants.
- Experience coordinating with Banks and financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and MIS.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and accounting software.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5-10+ years of experience in Finance & Operations.
- Experience handling finance and operations in a medium or large organization.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
