Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings with confidence and clarity
- Engage customers through warm calling techniques, ensuring a positive experience that encourages ongoing interest
- Effectively negotiate deals and handle objections to close sales opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies and target audiences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales environments
- Skilled in negotiation and business development strategies to maximize sales outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
