Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
