Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HVAC consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), architects, and building owners to secure project inquiries.
- Technical Bidding & Proposals: Perform site surveys and collaborate with the engineering team to design customized HVAC systems (e.g., Chillers, VRF, Ductable & Package ACs, AHU). Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and cost estimates.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead technical presentations, clarify client queries regarding specifications, and negotiate terms to successfully close contracts at qualified profit margins.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal departments—such as application engineering, procurement, and operations—to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of proven techno-commercial sales experience in the HVAC or capital equipment industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC psychrometrics, heat load calculations, VRF/Chiller technologies, and ASHRAE standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strong negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹12,954.11 - ₹60,992.19 per month
