Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Manage courier, mail, and correspondence activities.
- Maintain office records, documents, and reception area cleanliness.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Handle basic office coordination and vendor communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from the office in Taramani, Chennai.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
