Job Summary
A Senior Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, counseling prospective customers, converting inquiries into admissions/sales, maintaining customer relationships, and guiding junior telecallers to achieve organizational targets. One should have good communication skills and command on English if possible
