About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. Candidates with 6 months of sales experience or relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with sales/business development internships are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
