The Team Lead – Sales is responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve business targets. The role involves monitoring team performance, driving revenue growth, ensuring process compliance, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing deals.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain high team morale and foster a performance-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, BPO sales, or field sales is preferred.

- Timing- 9:30 to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday one rotational off), Saturday and Sunday Working.
