We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator cum HR professional to support both the Sales and Human Resources functions. The candidate will coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and customers while also handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and payroll support.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer and distributor databases.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in new customer onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate with Key Accounts, Modern Trade, and General Trade teams.
- Track sales targets and maintain MIS reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle employee joining and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR MIS and statutory records.
- Coordinate employee training and induction programs.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office documentation and records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Manage office supplies and stationery.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour compliance.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally or sales management software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
