Adi Group of Institutions is a vocational training institute with eight branches and over 7,000 students trained in the past year. Our Bengaluru branch at HSR Extension runs job-oriented programmes designed to move learners directly into employment.
About the Role
You will work on qualified leads shared by our marketing team — there is no cold calling and no field work. Your job is to reach each prospective student, understand what they want to achieve, guide them to the right programme, answer their questions accurately, and take them through to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage assigned leads over call and WhatsApp
- Understand each candidate's educational background, career goals, budget and time constraints, and recommend the most suitable programme
- Explain course details accurately — curriculum, duration, batch timings, fee structure, payment options, certification and placement support
- Follow up consistently until the candidate reaches a decision
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve the monthly enrolment target
- Schedule counselling appointments, branch visits and demo sessions
- Maintain accurate records of every call, disposition and follow-up date in the CRM or lead tracker
- Submit daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads in progress and conversions
- Support the admission process through documentation and fee collection follow-up
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential — you will be speaking with candidates in both languages every day
- Any graduate. Candidates with 12th pass and relevant counselling or inside-sales experience will also be considered
- 1+ years in educational counselling, admissions, inside sales or customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Clear, confident and patient communication over the phone
- Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp Business
- Target-oriented and persistent
- Able to work on-site at HSR Extension, Monday to Saturday
- Working knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an added advantage
