We are a New Delhi based export book printing company with over three decades of experience serving publishers in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. We specialise in Children's Books, Religious Books, Coffee Table Books, Trade Novels, and Journals. We are growing fast and we are looking for sharp, driven people to grow with us.
The Role
This is a high-impact, end-to-end sales role. You will own our international publisher pipeline — identifying the right prospects, reaching out, nurturing relationships, and opening doors for our senior team to close. If you enjoy researching, writing great emails, and building relationships with international clients, this role is made for you.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify publisher prospects across the USA, UK, and Australia using LinkedIn, industry directories, and AI-assisted research tools.
- Build and manage a structured prospect database in our CRM.
- Execute personalised, multi-touch outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Manage follow-up sequences and keep the pipeline warm and moving.
- Coordinate sample pack dispatches and track prospect responses.
- Flag high-engagement leads to senior management for escalation.
- Track outreach performance weekly and refine what is not working.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or outreach experience with international clients.
- Excellent written English — you will be writing to publishers in the USA, UK, and Australia every day.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. This is a firm requirement.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working with weekly targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apollo.io, Hunter.io.
- Prior exposure to the publishing, printing, or media industry.
