Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Direct master planning and residential or commercial high-rise concepts from schematic phase to construction completion.Statutory Compliance: Navigate local building bylaws, zoning rules, and secure mandatory local sanction approvals.Value Engineering: Partner with finance and quantity surveying teams to optimize floor space efficiency ratios and manage construction budgets.Team Mentorship: Supervise internal junior design staff and coordinate external structural, MEP, and landscaping consultants.Requirements and QualificationsEducation: B.Arch mandatory; M.Arch or urban planning specialization preferred.
Experience: 12+ to 18+ years in real estate development or high-end architectural consultancy.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
