Lead Development Executive - (Out bound calls)
Thalikkunnil Group, with 21 years of distinguished presence in retail, distribution, engineering, and interiors, operates from strategically located offices and showrooms in Trivandrum, Kazhakkuttam, Kollam, Adoor, and Kottayam.
Our Lead Management Team plays a vital role in connecting customers with our Engineering and Interiors Divisions by generating qualified leads and ensuring smooth communication between clients and project teams.
Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Lead Develeopment Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing network.
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on customer enquiries, generate closing, and support the sales team in achieving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through professional communication.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Plus Two / Degree in any discipline
- Experience: 3-5 years (Freshers need not apply)
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Confidence, persistence, and a goal-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel reporting will be an added advantage
