- Lead and manage the home sample collection team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of daily patient visits and sample collection schedules.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and service-related concerns to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize collection routes through effective route mapping and resource allocation to maximize productivity and turnaround time.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including team performance, visit completion, and service quality metrics.
- Provide technical guidance to the collection team, ensuring compliance with sample collection, handling, transportation, and quality standards; candidates must possess laboratory technician experience or strong technical knowledge of laboratory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
