Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the organization's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, corporate clients, and partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the education, ed-tech, training, or technology sector will be an advantage.
