Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the F&B Department in our hotel and cake shop operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling guests, serving food & beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily café/bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests/customers professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food, beverages, cakes, and bakery items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining/café area
- Coordinate with kitchen and bakery teams for smooth service
- Handle billing and payment processes if required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic guest queries
- Follow hotel and food safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate
- Experience in hotel, café, bakery, or restaurant industry preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
