· Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
· Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Many front office teams also use staff scheduling tools ware to streamline the process
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
· Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
· Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
