We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Psychological Counsellor to join our team and support patients through their emotional and psychological challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient interactions and psychological assessments.
- Assist senior psychologists and counsellors during counselling sessions.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Help patients manage stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and social challenges associated with chronic skin conditions.
- Maintain counselling records and documentation.
- Coordinate follow-ups and patient engagement activities.
- Participate in awareness programs, workshops, and patient education initiatives.
- Work closely with dermatologists, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-centric, and professional approach.
- Freshers with relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Prior counselling or mental health experience will be an added advantage.
