- Perform rapid triage, assess patient condition, and prioritize care in casualty and MICU.
- Provide immediate emergency care including CPR, airway management, trauma care, and stabilization.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and emergency drugs as per doctor’s orders.
- Assist in procedures such as intubation, catheterization, wound care, and emergency resuscitation.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Continuously monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment response and document all findings accurately.
- Report any critical changes in patient condition to doctors immediately.
- Coordinate with doctors, RMO, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient management.
- Communicate clearly with patient attendants regarding patient condition and hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper infection control measures and safe biomedical waste handling at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and readiness of equipment and emergency trolley.
- Support patient comfort, hygiene, positioning, and mobility as required.
- Manage and maintain drug inventory, emergency drugs, and MICU/casualty supplies.
- Perform patient admissions, transfers, and shift handovers with complete and clear communication.
- Participate in training programs, drills, and follow hospital policies, protocols, and NABH standards.

- Experience in WARD/ CASUALITY IS MANDATORY
- MINIMUM 1-2 Year experience is mandatory
- BSC/GNM is graduates are eligible
