Role Summary
WebSkitters Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth across global markets, with a primary focus on the US and other international regions.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, revenue ownership, and enterprise sales expertise. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding the organization’s global footprint, building high-value client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through structured and scalable sales practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Growth & Market Leadership
· Define and lead global business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
· Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across international geographies
· Drive expansion into new industry verticals and high-potential client segments
· Establish and strengthen the organization’s positioning in competitive global markets
· Develop long-term account growth strategies for key clients
2. Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Sales Execution
· Own complete revenue targets with accountability for quarterly and annual performance
· Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
· Manage and close large, complex, and high-value enterprise deals
· Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and position strategic solutions
· Ensure consistent achievement and overachievement of defined revenue targets
3. Leadership & Team Management
· Lead, mentor, and scale the business development and sales teams
· Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
· Drive a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
· Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development initiatives
· Ensure alignment of individual and team goals with organizational objectives
4. Sales Governance, Planning & Forecasting
· Develop structured sales plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline strategies
· Ensure accuracy and visibility of sales pipeline through disciplined CRM usage
· Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions where required
· Present periodic business reviews and insights to senior leadership
· Ensure compliance with defined sales processes and governance standards
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Alignment
· Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop customized client solutions
· Align sales strategies with delivery capabilities and operational objectives
· Ensure seamless transition from sales to execution for client engagements
· Contribute to pricing strategies, proposal frameworks, and commercial models
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related discipline
· MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred
Experience & Competencies
· 12+ years of progressive experience in IT services / software sales
· Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth in international markets (US / Europe preferred)
· Demonstrated experience in handling enterprise clients and large deal closures
· Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and scale teams
· Deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and software development lifecycle
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· Strong business acumen with a strategic and execution-focused mindset
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
