About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Partnership Intern to join our team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships, Research, and Client Servicing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, have a strong interest in social media and creators, and be willing to learn about the influencer marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities -
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers, creators and talent profiles.
- Analyse creator profiles based on niche, content quality, audience, engagement and campaign suitability.
- Reach out to influencers and creators for potential collaborations and partnerships.
- Assist in creator onboarding and maintaining long-term relationships with talent.
- Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines and updates. - Assist the team in shortlisting creators based on client and campaign requirements.
- Support the Client Servicing team with creator coordination and campaign-related activities.
- Conduct market, competitor and social media research to identify new creators and trends.
- Track campaign updates, creator responses and deliverables using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports, presentations and other internal documents.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
