We’re Hiring: District Head – Deoghar, Jharkhand
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated District Head to lead and oversee project implementation activities in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, coordination, and field management skills, preferably with experience in the banking, finance, or enterprise development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the recruitment and selection of adequate Vitta Sakhis and Mentors
- Oversee and support field-level training sessions as per the training plan
- Deliver or facilitate training for Vitta Sakhis in coordination with Master Trainers
- Manage and escalate operational issues related to training or loan sourcing
- Ensure loan applications are sourced as per assigned targets
- Address concerns raised by local bankers and resolve issues related to loan processing timelines
- Support data reporting, research, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks assigned by the State or National Head
- Prepare and submit monthly planning and progress reports
- Obtain approval before sharing project-related data publicly
- Candidates from banking, finance, or enterprise development backgrounds will be preferred
- Occasional travel to other districts may be required
