Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
3 years of proven B2B sales experience in PPE, industrial safety equipment, or related construction and safety supply industries.
Strong familiarity with industry safety standards and specific gear like fall protection, respiratory protection, and hand/foot safety.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a target-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
