Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in mechanical machining to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC operations, precision machining, and the ability to work in a high-accuracy production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, and CNC Turning Machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Set up machines, select tools, and ensure proper calibration before operations.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for accuracy.
- Ensure production of components within tolerance limits.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain shop floor discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in CNC machining operations.
- Hands-on experience with VMC/HMC/CNC Turning.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code (basic understanding preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T understanding is an advantage.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts.
- Comfortable working on Sundays (Friday fixed off).
- Experience in defence/aerospace manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
