Taking report from previous manager on duty.
· To meet and greet every patient with smile.
· To take daily rounds of the hospital; this round should be in detail covering every area of the hospital.
· To collect all data in prescribed format and submit the report to reporting authority.
· To take hospital rounds and collect report of all staff deployed in each unit.
· To improve the efficiency of care and ensure quality of patient care deliverables.
· To ensure optimum head count of staff in every department.
· Maintain open lines of communication between all departments.
· To coordinate with departmental representatives in case of any discrepancies and follow up until the issue is sorted out
