Job Summary
FRP Anchor Rebars LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with construction companies, contractors, infrastructure developers, consultants, and project stakeholders, and promoting the company's FRP reinforcement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, consultants, architects, and government agencies.
- Promote and market FRP rebars, anchors, and related construction solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars, and business networking events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in construction materials, infrastructure, steel, cement, FRP products, or industrial products will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
