Corporate Operations Executive:
1. Overseeing daily operational processes to ensure that outlets are adhere to operational procedures and standards.
2. Responsible for training and guiding clinic staff, ensuring they possess professional knowledge and skills, and assisting them in achieving performance goals.
3. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and incentives to promote team member performance.
4. Establishing and maintaining effective teamwork and communication mechanisms.
5. Overseeing and ensuring all ops executive at clinic level follow SOP for Revenue assurance , Stock audits , roster , Appointment management , waitlist, issue management at clinic level
Qualification:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with customers, employees, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree
