Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AMADA Turret Punch Machine Operator cum Programmer
To set up, program, and operate AMADA CNC turret punch & Press Brake machines for sheet metal fabrication.
The candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, preparing CNC programs & selecting tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and program AMADA CNC turret punch & Press Brake machines.
Prepare CNC programs using AMADA software.
Read technical drawings, CAD files, and production work orders.
Set up tooling, dies, and machine parameters according to job requirements.
Perform machine setup, alignment, and trial runs before production.
Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
Troubleshoot programming and machine operation issues.
Maintain production records and daily machine reports.
Ensure proper handling of sheet metal materials and minimize scrap.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Education
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field.
Experience
2–10 years’ experience operating and programming AMADA turret punch machines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
