Teleradiologist
Location: Remote
Engagement: Shift-based / part-time / full-time opportunities
Organisation: Spotters.ai
Spotters.ai is a quality-led teleradiology network built around dependable reporting, clear communication, and accountable workflows.
We are looking for radiologists who are clinically sound, reliable under remote-work conditions, and comfortable working within defined reporting and quality standards.
The role
You will be responsible for reporting allocated imaging studies within agreed turnaround times, while maintaining high standards of diagnostic accuracy, report clarity, and communication.
Depending on your experience and competency profile, work may include X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, or modality-specific reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Report assigned imaging studies accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
- Produce clear, structured, clinically useful reports with actionable impressions.
- Ensure accuracy of laterality, technique, comparisons, recommendations, and critical findings.
- Review relevant clinical history and prior imaging where available.
- Escalate urgent or critical findings through defined communication pathways.
- Work closely with the operations and QA teams to resolve clarifications, addenda, and workflow issues.
- Participate in quality review and act constructively on feedback.
- Follow Spotters.ai reporting standards, communication protocols, and turnaround commitments.
Eligibility
- MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiodiagnosis or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Valid medical registration and eligibility to independently report in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong image interpretation and report-writing fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote reporting environment.
- Reliable internet connectivity and an appropriate reporting workstation.
- Clear written communication and professional accountability.
- Prior teleradiology experience is preferred, but strong candidates without prior teleradiology experience may be considered.
Our selection process
Shortlisted applicants will complete the Spotters.ai Reporting Reliability Assessment before onboarding.
This is not a conventional entrance exam. It is a practical assessment designed to understand how safely and consistently a radiologist reports in a real-world teleradiology environment.
The assessment may include image-based cases, report-review scenarios, and workflow-based questions. It evaluates:
- Diagnostic reasoning and prioritisation of significant findings
- Report structure, clarity, and quality of impressions
- Accuracy of laterality, technique, comparisons, and recommendations
- Recognition of contradictions, omissions, and copy-forward errors
- Ability to identify clinically important issues that may affect patient care
- Alignment with Spotters.ai reporting and communication standards
The objective is simple: to ensure every radiologist joining the network can work confidently within a high-reliability reporting system.
What Spotters.ai offers
- Flexible remote reporting opportunities based on availability and competency.
- Clear reporting standards and defined escalation pathways.
- A structured workflow with operational and QA support.
- Meaningful feedback designed to improve consistency, not merely identify errors.
- Opportunity to become part of a growing teleradiology network with a strong focus on clinical reliability.
