Arvithra Health Ventures Pvt Ltd is hiring a target-driven Field Marketing Executive to visit doctors, clinics, healthcare centers and others to generate patient leads.
This is a performance-oriented role ideal for candidates who are confident in communication, relationship building, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals for service promotion
- Generate patient leads through direct field marketing
- Build strong referral relationships
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
- Maintain daily visit and performance reports
- Identify new business opportunities in Kozhikode
Target & Incentive Structure
- Monthly lead generation targets will be assigned
- Incentives based on number of leads and conversions
- High performers can significantly increase earnings
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel within and outside Kozhikode
- Target-oriented mindset
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Two-wheeler preferred

- Experience in field marketing or medical marketing
- Local area knowledge
- Malayalam & English communication
