About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and talent pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring where applicable.
Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth induction experience.
- Handle employee documentation, HRIS updates, and personnel records.
- Coordinate probation confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and support the offboarding process.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee well-being.
- Address employee queries and help resolve workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Partner with managers to improve employee experience across teams.
Performance & Learning
- Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain performance records.
- Support goal-setting, feedback discussions, and performance documentation.
- Identify learning needs and coordinate training and development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines and applicable labour laws.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics as required.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation remain accurate and up to date.
HR Projects
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Contribute ideas to enhance HR processes through automation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and HRMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar tools.
- Exposure to payroll coordination, labour law compliance, and performance management.
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Prior experience in a D2C, consumer brand, or startup environment is preferred.
