We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Project Sales Executive to drive sales of elevator solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the elevator and construction industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable elevator solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Track project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project sales (preferably elevators, real estate, or construction industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of elevator products and industry trends
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
