Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for dairy products.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
Execute promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Collect orders and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Maintain daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer records.
Ensure proper merchandising and branding at retail outlets.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in dairy or food products.
Strong understanding of distributor and retail channel management.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to work in the field.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of dairy products such as milk, curd, paneer, ghee, butter, and flavored milk.
Experience in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Horeca channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
