We are looking for an HR Executive who can efficiently manage recruitment and HR operations for our jewellery brand. This role involves hiring for showroom staff, backend team coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between store employees and management. The candidate should understand retail hiring needs and maintain a structured, professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities (HR Executive)
- End-to-end recruitment (showroom staff + backend hiring)
- Job posting on Indeed and candidate screening
- Interview coordination with management
- Employee attendance, leave & basic record management
- Store staff aur management ke beech coordination
- Joining formalities & documentation handling
- Basic employee issue handling
Requirements
- 1–3 years HR experience
- Good communication & coordination skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
