Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, payroll support, and employee performance monitoring. This role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational growth by maintaining a productive and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
2. Salary & Report Generation
- Assist in payroll processing and salary structure management
- Generate monthly salary reports and maintain payroll records
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
3. Employee Monitoring & Engagement
- Monitor employee performance and attendance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
- Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace discipline
- Support performance reviews and appraisal processes
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR policies and update when required
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems and HR software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
