Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and HR documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases accurately
- Draft and share offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and HR support
- Assist with attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and other HR operations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Support employee engagement and general HR administration
- Ensure proper follow-up and smooth execution of HR processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations
- MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification is mandatory
- Must be comfortable with work from the office
- Must have their own laptop/device
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets is preferred

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
