Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and service flow
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely food service
- Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
- Monitor billing, KOT, and POS operations
- Train and motivate team members
- Upsell food and beverages to increase revenue
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong customer service attitude
- Well-groomed and presentable
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
