Job Title: Account Manager – Medical Billing & amp; Collections

Function: International Operations – Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (UK Process)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to manage end-to-end medical billing, collections, and
revenue cycle activities for our UK healthcare clients. The role combines accurate invoicing, proactive debt
recovery, and patient/insurer communication, with strict adherence to UK healthcare billing and GDPR
compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & amp; Invoicing
i. Generate and send accurate invoices to patients, insurance companies, solicitors, and embassies
ii. Verify patient and insurance details prior to invoicing
iii. Maintain billing fee schedules and ensure correct payment posting
iv. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
Revenue Cycle & Collections
i. Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including claims tracking and outstanding
balances
ii. Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails, and reminders
iii. Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts as needed
iv. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve collection
efficiency
Patient & Insurance Communication
i. Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurers, and other stakeholders
ii. Resolve queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances
iii. Provide clear payment guidance with professional, empathetic communication
iv. Accurately document call details and update account records
Compliance & Documentation
i. Ensure full compliance with UK healthcare billing standards and GDPR
ii. Maintain accurate records of billing, collections, and communications
iii. Adhere to internal policies and regulatory audit requirements

Eligibility
i. Graduate in any discipline
ii. Prior experience in medical billing, RCM, or collections for international (preferably UK) healthcare
clients preferred
iii. Strong communication skills (voice — inbound/outbound and emails)
iv. Comfortable working in UK shift hours
