Job Description – Ad Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, brands, and media agencies across global markets.
· Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and account handover.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners to drive long-term revenue growth.
· Expand existing accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and partnership opportunities.
· Negotiate commercial terms, campaign pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
· Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, and Campaign teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
· Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities to improve advertiser retention and spend.
· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Affiliate, Performance Marketing, and Mobile Advertising ecosystem.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build strategic relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Experience Required:
· 3+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Advertising, or User Acquisition.
· Proven experience acquiring and managing direct advertisers and media agencies.
· Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
· Experience working with CPI, CPA, CPL, CPT or ROAS campaigns and other performance marketing metrics
Skills Required:
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and revenue data.
· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Existing network of advertisers, brands, agencies, or Affiliate marketing partners.
· Experience in Mobile App User Acquisition, Affiliate Networks, or AdTech platforms.
· Established relationships with clients and agencies across GCC, SEA, LATAM, North America, Europe, or other international markets.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
