About the Role:
We are looking for highly driven and empathetic Business Development Executives to join our Business Development team for our Software vertical. The role involves interacting with Distributors, Hospitals and Business Heads at mid-to-large enterprises and understanding their ERP/ Analytical needs, and guiding them through customized Software packages that align with their goals. This is not a support role. You carry a quota, you run your own pipeline, and your income reflects what you collect.
What You Will Do
- Build and own a qualified pipeline of enterprise clients pan-India through outbound outreach, warm referrals, events, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify opportunities across defence, ports, government, and enterprise sectors
- Conduct outreach, networking, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead discovery conversations with Business Heads to diagnose capability gaps and map them to JoinWith Products.
- Prepare and present proposals. Negotiate commercials. Close mandates. No hand-holding on deal mechanics.
- Maintain a clean, honest CRM: real stages, real close dates, real next steps. No zombie pipeline.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2 to 3 years of B2B services/Software sales.
- A documented track record. We will ask which companies you sold to, what you closed, and who can vouch for you.
- Direct access to Business Heads at enterprise accounts. If you already know people, tell us.
- Exceptional English, spoken and written. You are selling Software and Analytical Solutions.
- Comfort with outbound: cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and walking into a room of senior buyers.
Proposal Writing & Deal Conversion (Core Focus)
- Lead end-to-end proposal development (RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, pitch documents)
- Translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value propositions
- Create structured, compliant, and persuasive proposal documents
- Work closely with technical and leadership teams to build solution narratives
- Align client requirements with pricing, delivery, and execution feasibility
- Continuously improve proposal quality based on feedback and outcomes
Client Engagement
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions
- Understand client pain points and map them to JoinWith solutions
- Support deal discussions, negotiations, and closures
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Map the competitive and ecosystem landscape (AI, defence, maritime, public sector)
- Track competitors, pricing benchmarks, and solution offerings
- Support refinement of JoinWIth’s positioning across sectors
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new offerings
Sales Execution & Operations
- Maintain CRM and pipeline tracking with discipline
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression
- Support pricing models, commercial structuring, and documentation
- Work closely with senior management on high-priority and strategic deals
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
