Sentosa Developers is seeking a motivated and experienced Closing Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting project presentations, coordinating site visits, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
* Conduct project presentations and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
* Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
* Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Coordinate with CRM, Sales, and Documentation teams for seamless booking processes.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Closing.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
* Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market is preferred.
* Graduate in any discipline.
