Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer/ Architect with exceptional 3D visualization + 2D skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing high-quality renders, preparing detailed working drawings, developing BOQs, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supporting project execution from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, mood boards and client presentations.
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including: Furniture Layouts,Floor Plans,Elevations & Sections,Ceiling Plans (RCP),Electrical Layouts,Plumbing & MEP Coordination Drawings,Furniture & Joinery Details
- Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications and project budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, fixtures and furniture specification.
- Participate in client meetings and document project requirements.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits.
- Maintain project documentation and design revisions.
- Support project execution and ensure design intent is maintained on site.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD.
- Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills .
- Strong portfolio of photorealistic renders.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit or Lumion is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials and construction practices.
- Ability to prepare accurate BOQs and project estimates.
- Good understanding of residential and commercial interiors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design , Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design and fit-out projects.
- Proven portfolio showcasing both technical drawings and photorealistic renders.
Compensation
₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills, portfolio quality and experience)
Important: Candidates must submit a portfolio containing both 3D renders and working drawings for consideration.
