Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet the consultants, architects and industrial areas do regular visit and build relationship to get new business to the company.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and strategic business opportunities at a national level.
- Sales target should be achieved and based on that incentives will be given. Monthly sales target is mandatory for the monetary benefits.
- Oversee end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Work closely with the Board, Managing Director, and senior leadership to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Set revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for business development teams.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and BD teams.
- Evaluate and approve commercial strategies, pricing models, and risk assessments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments.
- Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, industry forums, and strategic negotiations.
- Drive long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction at executive levels.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and MIS reports for leadership decision-making.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical business practices in all BD activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Must worked in a MEP Contracting company
- Should have experience in A Grade Electrical Company
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic roles.
- Proven track record in driving large revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic vision with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
