Job Summary
The HR Analyst will support the HR function by collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to enable data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on HR metrics, dashboards, workforce analytics, and process improvement across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and engagement

Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Track key HR metrics such as TAT, attrition, headcount, absenteeism, and cost per hire

Ensure data accuracy in HRMS/ATS and maintain data integrity

Assist in automation and improvement of HR reporting processes
