Job Title: Senior Beautician
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and skin care services
Provide bridal and party makeup services as required
Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on client skin/hair type and needs
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at the workstation at all times
Train and mentor junior beauticians and trainees
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used
Assist in upselling salon services and retail products
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a beautician, preferably in a premium salon
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
Strong expertise in facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and makeup
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and guide junior staff
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shifts
